Suggest treatment For Diarrhea And Pain While Urinating

I have been having pain when I urinate. Brown discharge, diarrhea and nausea off and on for a year. Been to a Dr I dont have a uti and been told in the past I have ovarian cysts but I still think something more is wrong with me. I have more bad days then good. Do u have any suggestions on what I could have?

sir from symptoms you have described it looks like autonomic dysfunction due to diabetes. but you have not described your urinary symptoms. kindly elaborate on that.
